Dr Elloise Randle joins the Palm Beach Surgery in 2017 as a part time registrar. She is a local girl who grew up on the Gold Coast and then completed her Medical Degree at Bond University. She has worked at Gold Coast University Hospital, The Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and Ipswich Hospital in many areas of medicine but has predominantly been involved in obstetrics, gynaecology and paediatrics. Dr Randle was awarded the Diploma of Child Health from Westmead Children's Hospital in 2015. After some time off in 2016 following the birth of her first child, Dr Randle brings to Palm Beach Surgery a passion for treating her patients holistically, with a special interest in treating women and children.
Dr Hiba Gundru joins the Palm Beach Surgery team as a GP registrar for 2017. She graduated from medical school in 2014 from Bond University as class valedictorian and was the recipient of the University Gold Medal in Medicine. She has spent the last two years working at both Gold Coast University Hospital and Robina Hospital, which also included secondments to rural hospitals, sparking her keen interest in general practice.
Trent is a passionate and enthusiastic Physiotherapist. He has a broad range of experience, treating clients of all ages and at all physical levels. He has worked as a senior and Principal Physiotherapist in multiple work settings including both private and public hospitals, sports Physiotherapy clinics and in aged care facilities.
Dr. Asma'a started working at the Palm Beach Surgery in 2016 as a GP registrar. She has competed an undergraduate degree in BioMedical science before completing her MBBS in 2013 from Bond University. Dr. Asma'a completed her residency at the Gold Coast University Hospital and hopes to continue to practice and serve the Gold Coast community. She is interested in all aspects of General Practice - including internal medicine, women's health, child and adolescent health and preventive medicine.
Dr Ashlie Meigh joins the Palm Beach Surgery team in 2016 as a new GP registrar. Ashlie has been practising medicine at the Gold Coast University Hospital since completion of her MBBS degree at Bond University in 2012. Her move to General Practice coincides with the arrival of her second child and a growing passion to have a more meaningful influence on the health and well being of her patients. She enjoys all aspects of General Practice and has a particular interest in women’s and children’s health. Along with her physiotherapist husband, she practises what she preaches in terms of living a healthy lifestyle. She works part-time at the practice and is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Fondly known as “Dr Mohan”, completed MBBS in 1989 the prestigious Madras Medical College in India, went on to undertake postgraduate education in Medical Microbiology at Post Graduate Institute of Basic Medical Sciences, University of Madras and completed MD in Medical Microbiology.
Nelle graduated from the University of Queensland in 1980 and spent the first years of her career in the paediatric training program at the Mater Children's Hospital, South Brisbane. She has been a general practitioner for nearly 30 years and worked in Far North Queensland, Fiji, Brisbane and now the Gold Coast. Nelle has post graduate qualifications in child health, public health and legal medicine.
Brhea Ind has been a practising psychologist for the last 10 years. Brhea specialise in adults, children and couples using the therapies of ACT, Mindfulness and CBT. She has successful results treating adults and children with symptoms of depression, anxiety, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and PTSD. Brhea goal is to assist individuals with behaviour changes to successfully live happy and healthy lifestyles. Therapy is combined with a healthy exercise and eating routine to ensure an optimal quality of life.
